Extreme difficulty should be an optional difficulty for hardcore mode.
Mobs should have slightly more health and deal more damage and make them impossible to outrun unless you have the speed 2 effect making beacons much more useful on extreme difficulty.
Armored mobs will never drop their gear upon death.
Charged creepers can naturally spawn and skeletons should be able to spawn with powerful armor more commonly and make them always spawn with enchanted bows.
