Message Bottles with a Cork

I want to see if we could have a message bottle with a cork, all we need is a paper and a bottle and that’s it (for the crafting recipe). Since bottles is in Minecraft, it could be different to send messages in here since we have signs in Minecraft. The Message Bottles in a Cork will only by a float on water and can be picked up while it’s floating on a water (ocean, lakes, rivers, etc) and it can be picked up when it’s landed somewhere else that you can find. You can send those messages only in the bottle and only put them on the seas. To place them, you’ll need a paper to write a message down or typed whatever you want, put it in a bottle and send it here, to put the message bottle with a cork on the seas, you have to options (toss it or just place it on the seas).
