New item: "Suspicious arrow"

I think the title speaks for itself: Making potion tipped arrows with suspicious stew! It really fits with the idea that tipped arrows are more of a hunter kinda vibe, and there just so happens to be a very convenient place to get potion effects made entirely with natural resources.

Only slight downside (and oversight fix) would be that the name and effect would have to be hidden, and you couldn't get the more luxurious extended timer or higher tiers, which i think balances it out a bit. You could use it to craft 3, 4, or 8 tipped arrows, then use one on something like a zombie/pig and figure it out, so you dont have to try it yourself.
