Let the launcher can select the location of ".minecraft"

As you can see, my English is very poor. So I use Chinese to describe the idea.

原生启动器的.minecraft只能在C盘的用户文件夹下，而不能在其他地方，导致下载多个版本后C盘占用很大，所以就希望能选择.minecraft文件夹的位置，最好能迁移到其他盘符。

  If you mean be given the ability to install minecraft wherever you want then yes we need this! Sorry my Chinese is more than just rusty it's corroded

  Because of something that happened to my computer won't name names but it caused me to have to have my computer nuked to the day I got it losing all my stuff for Minecraft. If we were given the ability to install Minecraft elsewhere this wouldn't have been a problem.
