Unique bamboo raft physics

I’ve seen multiple ideas for the bamboo raft but they all have the disadvantage of making the boat less useful which is where this idea comes in. I propose giving bamboo rafts the same physics as boats used to have meaning they are harder to control and have no paddles but they also can be moved through water and always float to the surface. This would also come with making them cheaper to craft by replacing it with 6 bamboo instead of 5 bamboo wood.

  You know you can vote for your own post. Great idea, although crashing wouldn't be fun.
