Skeleton horses requiring saddle to be ridden in bedrock

In java you would need a saddle to ride a skeleton horse, in bedrock you don't, it would look more aesthetical if skeleton horses needed saddles in bedrock

  Having no need for saddles is one of the things that keeps them unique. take away the need for saddles on java for the skeleton horse instead.
