Channeling/riptide/loyalty should definitely be a treasure enchantment, and I feel like multishot/infinity should too. Since this would make it harder and would likely not be desired by the community as a whole, I instead suggest to make a tag that determines which enchantments are considered treasure.
called "treaure_enchantments", and would look like the following
