As a Minecraft veteran, I've always loved the old-gen Minecraft minigames. I feel like without them, a massive part of the game would be untried by the general fanbase. Typically, adding them would make most of the community happy as it provides a better way to connect and play (overall boosting positive ratings). In-game purchases such as maps can also be used as an additional source of income. (5$ possible per map pack?) As for music, because Mojang owns Gareth Coker's piece you can presumably reuse it, and even add a piece of additional music by different artists. Also, it should obviously be available to both Java and Bedrock (separately).
The general consensus of the community would undoubtedly be positive, and I think it's a great way to connect the community together and make a bit more revenue from the game.
