Pulling enchantments off an item and placing them onto another item

This would allow you to destroy an item but in the process give one of its enchantments to another item.

Or say you enchant an item and it has nockback on it and you dont like nockback but you like all the enchantments on it you could now take nockback off but leav on fire aspect and sharpness.

With the exception of mending possibly.

Also make it to where if you have a pick axe with all your favorite enchantments but its about to break it would use the mechanic of combining two pick axes that are both half way to there breaking point but combine them and it makes almost a brand new pick axe but it would also transfer over the enchantments.
