schools generated in villages

now schools filled with baby villagers will generate near villages! villagers are in need of edication but they are dumb so we need schools!

    The baby villagers could use unobstructed scaffolding as desks, making it somewhat of a job block.

    Add chiseled bookshelves inside the schools!
