Enderman Griefing

Hello! Many of us work hard on our auto farms and Redstone builds. Having a block of dirt necessary to the function of the farm removed by an enderman, then in turn causing water to pour out and break more Redstone. It would be amazing if they did not have the ability to steal blocks with plants growing on them. Or have the ability to toggle this very annoying feature of the game off without using a command which causes us to lose the ability to get achievements. All in all, I’ve had this happen 4 times in my survival world and after putting in hours farming materials, it’s like was it even worth the time I put into it??
