Splash milk bucket

Splash milk bucket is kind of a joke name, it could be a splash potion of cure diseases like in Skyrim. It is obviously brewed with a milk bucket and can be thrown at players to get rid of their potion effects. I think it could be really interesting for pvp as you could get rid of the other player's strength, speed, turtle master etc. I don't think it would work against non potion effects such as resistance and health boost for golden apples though. I've found a couple mods that add this but I think it should really be in the base game.
