A tool tier system for mods (mainly bedrock)

This is a post regarding how all they ore addons have a simple flaw. Most of the time, you can just mine the ore with your fist! I know that is a bizarre statement but it is quite true. So I have been thinking about a new way of not fist mining custom ores and blocks. This is my idea of a tool tier system!

So basically, the way a tool has its tier chosen is that a tool of a specific tier can mine any blocks of its tier or lower. For example, an iron pickaxe would be roughly tier 4 due to being able to mine everything except obsidian and ancient debris. These 2 blocks would be tier 5. So only a tier 5 or higher tool can mine it.

There could even be tiers higher than that for modders to use in custom 'op' tools.

That is how the tier system will work.
