A new ability for Allays: give it a specific item (ie: ender eye) allowing you to control and see from the Allay's point of view.
This would be a vanilla/survival implementation of the "Free-Cam" mod (where you can detach from the player and fly around to inspect things) Free-Cam is extremely useful for examining/debugging Redstone or getting an aerial view of your builds.
The way it would function is by giving the allay an item (eye of ender, for example), you then see the world through the eyes of the allay and control it's movements (space=up, shift=down). To return to the player's point of view, left/right click of the mouse would throw the item away and you would then return to your own POV. You can throw out the item wherever you are (as the Allay) but if you don't want to lose your item you would want to manually fly back to the player and drop it, but you can bail anytime you want. If you are attacked while "remote viewing" with the Allay, you will "see" damage happening to you, as you normally would (red flashes on the screen).
The one notable difference between this and the the "Free-Cam" mod, is that the allay cannot not fly through blocks. This makes it much more survival friendly as it can't be used to "cheat" by looking through the ground to see every hidden cave/feature underground). The ally, with it's tiny hit-box could navigate through very tight spaces (perhaps even half slabs), thereby making it very useful nonetheless for examining complex Redstone builds.
