mangrove swamp village

this village would include paths built with bamboo wood that can generate at different y levels that are above y 65, an below y 70, houses on stilts, and a new villager shop/house called the boat smith. this could include a new boat smithing table letting us make longboats and more things along with a new boat smith profession, or just a fishermans hut that includes different boats around it.  If the boat smith was added it would only appear in mangrove swamp villages.

    Yes. we need mangrove villages because where do all the frogs sleep :P. but seriously it would be a new structure for a place that doesn't have any
