Basically, you can use different metals or materials to reinforce netherite or reinvent it altogether. There could be multiple forms, as well as block forms of all of these. Here is a list.
Bakar Netherite (Bakar is Serbian Latin for copper): Use netherite scrap and copper to make this. It is about 1.15x stronger than regular netherite.
Temir Netherite (temir is Uzbek Latin for iron): Use netherite scrap and iron to make this. It is 1.3x stronger than regular netherite.
Pure Netherite: Use netherite scrap, gold, and a nether star to make this. It is 1.5x stronger than regular netherite.
Pure Bakar Netherite (or just Pure Bakar): Use netherite scrap, copper, and a nether star to make this. it is 1.65x stronger than regular netherite and grants night vision to whomever wears it.
Pure Temir Netherite (or just Pure Temir): Use netherite scrap, iron, and a nether star to make this. It is 1.8x stronger than regular netherite and grants regeneration to whomever wears it.
True Netherite: Using just netherite scrap and a single block of crying obsidian, you can create the ultimate netherite. it is 2x stronger than regular netherite and grants speed to whomever wears it. But take caution, for whomever wears it becomes a target of the ancient piglin civilizations...
In addition to these, smelting a netherite scrap awards you with Pure Netherite Scrap, which can be used as a replacement for netherite ingots on diamond armor to increase the durability by 1.5x and gives you jump boost.
