Mossy wood

What I mean is to be able to craft any wood type with moss on it like mossy oak planks or mossy birch planks. this would also count towards stuff like mossy signs, mossy fences, mossy logs, And mossy slabs. I could see people using these mossy wood types for various kinds of builds like an abandoned village or an old stature. Mossy wood could really help with building and add more character to Minecraft. And with the recent addition of hanging signs maybe we can even have mossy hanging signs as well!
