just make it so infested stone is easier to distinguish from normal in the menu, and when placed it looks the same in creative or survival, even with the new inventory layout, some search up the items, you might be able to ask Xisuma (Minecraft youtuber who made vanilla tweaks) to use his texture idea of having a yellow and black border on the texture.
