1) You have just described every basic modded material for gear ever made. Try being more specific about its functionality and place in the sandbox.

2) Pleading followed by an absurd amount of exclamation mark spam won't increase the likelyhood of your suggestion being implemented. The idea has to stand on its own merits.

3) I believe this is a category error, considering the topic of a new material is more at home in the category "Blocks, Tools and Items". Unless you want to say, that you want the mod, you found this material in to come to bedrock in the form of an add-on, in which case you are even more wrong on this site and I'd advise reading the grey box at the top of this page.
