With the addition of hanging it signs it got me thinking about making shops, and what’s better than just the shop title on the sign? An item to also show what’s in that shop. I think right clicking a sign or hanging sign with an item frame or crafting a sign with an item frame should allow you to then right click a block onto the sign to display. No item frame would be visible just the block attached to the sign. Maybe even leaving the top line of text still usable on the sign so that you can have a shop name and item on the same sign. :) hope you enjoy my idea
