Ability to disable name tags (server side)

Hey, I think it would be awesome if you added the ability to disable the viewing of player name tags for the entire world. Currently we are only able to turn off other players name tags from our client settings, and other players can still see our name tag. This feature should be a world option & come in 2 parts.

1: disable player name tags

2: disable mob name tags

Also, for security & moderation reasons.. player name tags should ALWAYS be visible to operators, spectators, or those given the permission.
