If you want to propose a change to an existing structure (like villages), or add something brand new in a current dimension or biome, this is the place.

1.20 Libraries

1.20 Stronghold libraries and Woodland Mansion libraries should have chiselled bookshelves that hold 2-6 books instead of chests. Also perhaps having a chance to replace like 3 or 4 shelves to slightly increase chances for good books.

    Let the chests remain. But the old bookshelves need to be replaced with new ones.

    I gotta say to keep both. Library chests carry other book related loot that can't be placed in a chiseled bookshelf. I still like the bookshelves we have now, and replacing ALL of them would either have far too much loot, or too many empty shelves.
    It would be really cool to see a maze-like library in the stronghold, rather than the structure we have now.

    ^No, replacing all the shelves will not result in a lot of loot if the average number of books per shelf is 3, like the old bookshelf. In addition, an old library should not look complete, because silverfish in real life can eat paper from books. And part of the books would be with the READERS. And another part of the shelf space would be a reserve.
