Colored Torches and Lanterns

Torches and lanterns should be able to be made in any of Minecraft's 16 colors. This would allow identification of particular villages, ("I can see blue village and red village from here.") It would allow marking of travel, "Take green path to cyan, then turn right until you get to orange minecart line." Or could identify a players 'property,' "Steve's house has the green lanterns and Jay's are purple".
