New Creative Category: "Special Items"

The 'Special Items' category would include all items that are not currently listed in the current creative inventory, this would include things like command blocks, structure blocks, debug stick, ominous banner, petrified oak slab, etc.

This would make it much easier to obtain them for people who don't want to run a command each time or don't even know they exist, it would help map makers a lot to just have a creative category dedicated to those items.

I believe all items in the game should be included inside the creative menu, having to run a command just to get hidden items that may be crucial for some, like the command block, is understandably annoying, since 1.20 is already overhauling the creative inventory, I believe now is the time to implement this into the game.
