Block slip-through and block placement/destruction functions

The game modes are "Survival", "Creative", "Spectacle", and "Adventure", but if you want to move blocks in "Spectacle" and place or destroy blocks, you have to switch to "Creative" once to place or destroy blocks. It is a bit difficult.
I would like to see you add a mode where you can move blocks and then place or destroy them.
