Foggy Forest & Lost Library

A brand new biome that adds a new wood type, ghost mob, interesting foliage, and such, but most importantly, a new structure called the Lost Library! A dilapidated library filled with books, these books contain notes from explorers documenting their findings and can elude to important game mechanics, examples are as follows.

"I found a painting in here of some kind of statue made up of some strange material full of faces with black skulls sat atop it. I've never seen or heard of a black skeleton before. what is this?" (Wither skeleton painting)

"I found this weird structure entirely made of obsidian, it's hollow and looks incomplete, I wonder if I can fix it" (Nether portal)

"The eye seems to point me in a specific direction, is it taking me somewhere" (Ender Eye & Stronghold)

This would be a great structure to use the new chiseled bookcase in.
