Turn dirt into grass using bonemeal & tall grass/ferns

Currently there is no way to obtain a grass block without already having a grass block on hand. What I was thinking was that by placing a tall grass/fern down on a dirt block and then proceeding to bonemeal the tall grass/fern, that it should turn the dirt block into a grass block while at the same time creating the double tall grass/tall fern.

This would solve the old issue of moving/spreading grass while at the same time adding more use to the double tall plant blocks. It would also be an especially important change for the community of players who try to play through minecraft with a limited amount of items.

It would be a fairly simple change, very similar to how growing saplings into trees turns the block below from grass into dirt. It would also be a small QoL change that could fit into any update/patch notes.
