What if Minecraft made an update for mobs/animals so they don't despawn?

Dear, Mojang

I think that the despawn for mobs/animals if you don't name them is really nice and all, but I also think that if someone has a bad seed it could also be near impossible to get a nametag so the mob/animal they want won't despawn. I have seen a ton of Minecraft seeds in my life, but the other day I found myself get a seed with three guardian temples, but no land or underwater caves/ravines what so ever. I don't blame it on the seed, but the seed did make it quite in fact a lot harder to play. I found an axolotl and tried my hardest to dig underwater to get iron for a bucket for the axolotl. I did do that task however, in the future there was another extremely hard task to complete. To find a nametag so it wouldn't despawn. I spent a total of five in a half hours trying my hardest to find a nametag, only surviving off of cooked seaweed because there was no land. I then found myself leaving because I gave up. I would just love if Minecraft made it so where they can't despawn, even if they don't have a name. Thank you for your time.

    Your game would crash after a while of playing the game, but i do agree their should be another, easier way to keep some spawned in than a name tag. But you can't make all mobs stay spawned all the time, everywhere
