Sheared Sheep need to Drop More than just 1 Wool

So, when you're playing in Survival, you can get wool from a sheep by killing it or shearing it. Generally shearing the sheep rewards you with more wool, but there are odd moments where I consistently shear off only 1 block after waiting for the wool to grow back. It would be a real quality of life changer if sheared sheep had a drop chance of 2-3 blocks rather than 1-3. Stuff like banners, beds, and carpets use up a ton of wool for not just survival, but decorative needs. Only getting 1 wool for corralling and shearing a sheep, and also shearing upon regrowth, just feels insulting.
