A new mob called the Coal Miner

The coal miner is a mob that looks like the alien "driller" from Dome Keeper. It has a head like a drill, and guess what it eats? You guessed it, coal. It has little spots on the body of this weird creature. Green means its healthy and will search for food in its "walking state" in a 64 block radius with ores having at least 6 coal in them. Yellow means irs hungry and will search for 4 vein of coal in a 32 block radius. Red means its dying of hunger, and it will search for food in a 16 block radius with at least 2 coal in it. The drill on its head mines about the speed of a stone pickaxe. 

Upon killing this creature (if its in its green state) will have a chance of dropping two things: 

1. A few pieces of coal, with a 30% chance of dropping

2. A drop called a drill head, with a 10% chance of dropping.

The drill head can be used to craft a drill. A drill mines the speed of an iron pickaxe and the level is about an iron pickaxe (can mine diamonds type), but has a fortune effect on coal.

It is a passive mob, and lurks in caves.
