NOT sunken pirate ships with pirates

There would be NOT sunken pirate ships with basically the same loot except some have a 8.92537253 chance of having a treasure chest with the heart of the sea and all of that. The pirates would be neutral mobs and they will attack if you open one of their treasure chests. Pirates drop gold items from a gold tooth to a golden hook to a golden boot. Every ship will have 2-6 cannons that can be broken and used in your own world. Also last but not least the ships will actually be able to move around the ocean. I know that will be really hard to implement into the game but I think you can do anything!!!!
