Roaming Dogs and other Pets

I think it would be a widely welcomed change if Mojang made it so you can right click on a tamed animal a third time to put it into a "roaming mode", which basically just resets it to the roaming stage it has before it's tamed, while still staying tamed obviously. 

     This would breed new life into the areas we build for our pets, and I also think it's healthy for them to stretch their legs every once in a while without the danger us players put in front of them when we take them with us. 

     I also think this would be an easy implementation and wouldn't take focus away from other major additions that you're currently working on.
