Sniffers pull up truffles that can me made into nether wart

An interesting idea for the sniffer would be to make it so that it has the chance to pull up truffles next to certain trees. Truffles could be traded, used in potions, or crafted into nether wart using fermented spider eyes. This would allow players playing on survival island worlds to craft potions that they otherwise could not due to the lack of a nether presence, or on seeds that allow a nether portal, the lack of a nether fortress
