Community Focus Groups

Members of the community sometimes have a ton of thoughts on the game but do not have ways to communicate with the developers. By focus group research with the most active members of the community people can share their voice while letting the team know what is working or what needs work. This would solve dissatisfaction issues among the most invested players. Players who do not log on a lot could also be in focus groups to share their thoughts. This could be implemented by requesting survey answers in the launcher of randomly selected players or by opening the opportunity to enroll in focus groups. Talking with people on zoom would be so helpful as well but if written interactions are the only option that is also amazing. Thank you for considering.
