Give Sniffer Moobloom Funtionalities

Sniffers could adopt the special abilities of mooblooms such as interactions with bees. Backs of sniffers would sprout little flowers giving them some of the special moobloom powers when interacted with. This condenses the two mobs which increases the value that the sniffer has while still using the features once planned for the moobloom.
