Shock Wave Enchantment

A new enchantment for elytra. When you land you will create a shockwave doing a bit of damage and knocking mobs back.

    I feel like this is better as a boot enchantment, and I honestly see this as a great enchantment for online pvp

    For boots, × sum of knockback resistance points (because this is the mass equivalent) × falling speed.
