I think that the fog and particles I. The nether make it look very interesting. I thought it could for the overworld too. In forested biomes, the particles could be leaves falling from trees. In flat biomes, you could have white dandelion seeds blowing. In cave biomes, we can have dust (not lush caves). In plains, birch and oak forests, there would be no fog. Spruce and dark oak forests would have a gray fog. Jungles, swamps and mangroves would have a green fog. Savanahs, mesas and deserts would have a sandy fog. Mountains would have a lighter blue sky. Cave biomes would all have a black fog. Tundras would have a white fog. Mushroom biomes would have a blue fog.
