Villager and illager update

The addition of better villagers and illagers would make interacting with them much more worthwhile and exiting villages could have more resources and buildings like stables and traps. Also different villagers would interact differently with their own personalities eg. A librarian would be timid but intellectual a blacksmith would be strong brave and possibly antisocial. Golems would be placed in strategic areas and possibly be cared for and/or worked with by soldiers. Also illagers would have jobs and more different types and possibly be negotatable for peace also would have a society like villagers.
