Rascals should hide near skulk sensor+shriekers and give better loot in ACs

(note: This seems to have been deleted previously while pending approval, but I have reviewed the posting guidelines and am confident that I've followed all of them.)

If they don't already, rascals should additionally spawn in ancient cities and (silently) hide near skulk sensors rigged to skulk shriekers to provide an extra challenge. To compensate for this, they should give better loot as a reward.

Doubtful they'd make it this involved. It seems to be a fairly basic concept, unrelated to specific biomes, likely only spawns in mineshafts. They wouldn't/shouldn't offer OP items either.
