Accursed

Shadowy beings that wear a purple robe with glowing yellow eyes within its hood. Hostile mobs that spawn in The End. They hover around in the same manner as the blaze, but these ones can teleport. They shoot an inaccurate barrage of three projectiles that gives the player the darkness effect for about six or so seconds. If the player gets too close they attack with wicked claws. Upon death they drop an accursed soul, which can be brewed into a darkness potion which gives players the ability to play around with the darkness effect without having to potentially summon a warden. 

To add to Minecraft's lore and history, I think the accursed should make really distorted villager or pillager noises to implicate that somehow these guys descended (or ascended) into such a being. Maybe accursed should also drop a single book on death as if from this book it read some forbidden knowledge to become like this and get to The End Dimension.
