(Bedrock parity) Be able to play with a controller in Java Edition

In Bedrock edition, al players can choose how to play: with keyboard and mouse or with a console controller; and in Pocket edition, tactile. 

In Java you can only play with keyboard and mouse. This can be a problem or a difficulty for the players that have not played with keyboard never. So I think we should be able to play with a controller in Java.

We should add a menu option for controlls with controller, just like in Bedrock.
