New feedback category

Please make a category where you can post a theme for an update. I want to post my idea for a Wild West update but if I post everything separately in each category then it wont be able to stay as part of the same update. I wrote out everything that should be in the Wild West update but I couldn't find a category so I just put it in Structures. And apparently it got taken down 'cause I can't find it anymore. I don't want to type it again unless I know it will stay up. But for that to happen, we would need a new category for update theme ideas
