Mob Vote Capes

Capes should be awarded to anyone in the mob vote depending on what mob they voted for. This should happen because it would encourage a higher percent of the minecraft community would want to join in for the cape, it would also allow players to show their love for mobs long after the actual vote. this could be implemented by designing capes before the vote and then giving them to any account who voted for each mob. Another use for this would be to allow players who voted for ANY mob to commemerate it for the rest of time.
