You defeat the Ender Dragon in an epic battle, grab the dragon’s egg, explore the end dimension, and finally go into the portal back home. And as you reenter the overworld, a huge silhouette lays far in the distance, casting a shadow on the world below. Moving closer, the island takes shape. A huge castle wall with four towers scraping the sky sits atop, complete with a jawbridge. Dark oak or Purpur roofs with Stone brick walls. Glowing berry vines hang from the floating island, but never reach the ground.
You use your new elytra and some quickly crafted fireworks and soar through the clouds, landing at the castle’s opening, complete with complex redstone.
You look around, and see the island is lit with soul lanterns or end rods on posts, placed strategically to ward off phantoms. And each tower placed has a broken loot, two new special discs and a small opening leading to a staircase. Then, following the winding staircase you’re led to red wool halls lined with beautiful paintings.
Within the castle’s walls lies a garden of delicate roses, and at the heart of its paths either a fountain with lanterns placed similar to the dragon respawn, reminiscent of the portal back from the end. Or a golden and emerald mound left exposed. How was it created? Where did it come from? Who made it? Where did they go?
Perhaps it was always there, hidden amongst the clouds…
