Remove All the old Legacy Sniped/ Inactive Accounts

There are way too many accounts that are old sniped Legacy Minecraft accounts (Back from when the game used to free), that aren't even migrated accounts, that nobody uses or play on. If you take a look at namemc you'll find many accounts that are just steve or alex skins with no migrator cape on them that haven't been used in like over 10 years (plancke even says these accounts haven't even joined Hypixel ever). I propose Mojang needs to remove these inactive, unmigrated accounts with some sort of policy that removes all unmigrated accounts by some date. This will give new Minecraft players to actually have names that will be used within the community/game.
