Minecraft /Rechunk command

This command would regenerate a chunk or multiple chunks. You could set the gen type (nether, overworld, end, superflat), any major features, biomes, the height of the chunk's surface layer, and the blending options with surrounding chunks. For more advanced maps, like maps on superflat worlds, you could make the chunk blend in different ways with the surrounding chunks, such as changing the height it will connect with surrounding chunks, changing how much of the chunk will blend, etc. I think this would be useful for map builders who want to create new terrain without building it all themselves.     This should be called /chunk, not /rechunk, as it does more than regenerate chunks.

    maybe the syntax could be:

    /rechunk <biome> <y level> <how much it blends with other chunks (from 0 to 10, 0 being it doesn't blend at all, and 10 being it seems VERY natural)>
