Improving the Beacon Beam's Visibility

I used to play the old console version of Minecraft, and I dunno about Java Edition, but I could see a beacon's beam even if the block itself was past the edge of my render distance. Now I play Bedrock, and if you're in the same predicament, you know that you can only go about five chunks away from the beacon before its beam just disappears, which makes the name "Beacon" completely redundant.
