Alternative Power systems (Bedrock)

Make it so there are alternative redstone systems like bluestone

The reason for this is because doing it only with redstone would have developers to think before building, and having alternative redstone system would improve alot and make redstone alot easier

The action is to add the alternative power system from orange to purple, they are also able to go in obstructed areas if they are any redstone systems, the exception is they can't mix so power won't be sent to the other coloured redstone system
