converting skeletons into wither skeletons

skeletons turn into wither skeleton when it dies from wither effect, just as a zombie would convert into a drowned when it drowns. And since wither skeletons are taller than normal skeletons, it would be weird if they just became taller when converted into wither skeletons so maybe also add an nbt tag of "Converted:1b", and wither skeletons with this nbt tag would be shorter than the usual wither skeletons. Also it would not replace their bows with sword, so they shoot flaming arrows.

the one thing I don't know about this is the flaming arrows but otherwise this would be a great idea.

I agree with this idea as well. In vanilla Minecraft currently, if you give a wither skeleton a bow, it will no matter what shoot flame arrows, so I think that is why this is a part of this idea.
