Tamed animal control

Tamed animals can be controlled via whistles. These whistles can have different modes, and can be dyed. copper or iron whistles can be blown to give commands to tamed wolves. Wolves with dyed collars respond to whistles dyed the same color. Whistles can give various commands to wolves, such as: Sit, Move to location, Attack target, Return to owner. With this system one can have better control over their pets, such as to move them in sensitive situations, to control multiple packs of wolves for pvp combat, or to better defend an area from hostile mobs.
